Davidson Fire Department is just north of Cornelius. Davidson is responsible for fire response and EMS first responder service in the Davidson-Northstar fire district. Cornelius and Davidson members are called to work together frequently. |

Gilead Fire Rescue
Gilead Fire Rescue is located just off of Highway 73 on Beatties Ford Rd. in Huntersville. Cornelius and Gilead Fire Departments work hand in hand almost on a daily basis. Gilead serves as the automatic mutual aid company to all calls on the west side of Interstate 77 in Cornelius. |

Huntersville Fire Department is located directly south of Cornelius. The Huntersville Fire Department is responsible for Fire Protection in the town of Huntersville. Cornelius Firefighters respond with Huntersville for mutual aid on a regular basis. |
